The dip dye process is mainly used for dyeing cotton, silk, cashmere and other fabrics and garments. Environment-friendly reactive dyes and acid dyes are selected and finished in special dip dye equipment
When dyeing, according to the requirements of fabric or our cashmere customers design, only the required place should be contacted with the dye solution, and the dye gradually adsorbs to the fiber. Due to the adsorbability of the dye, the more upward the adsorption, the less is absorbed, thus producing a kind of dyeing effect from deep to shallow.
During the operation, it is very important to swing up and down in the process of dyeing, so as to make the color amount of the dye as much as possible.
